Having appointed David Brindley as Chief Creative Officer, Twofour completes its new senior creative line-up with Natalie McArdle who joins the award-winning company as Director of Development. One of the most creative and respected development executives in the business, Natalie’s role will be to drive Twofour and Boomerang’s diverse slate of factual entertainment, formats and big blue chip factual programming as the company prepares for its next era of growth.
Natalie joins the company from Sony-backed company Electric Ray, where she spent four years as development lead. During her time there, she helped drive the company’s creative strategy, co-executive producing projects and has been key in creating some of their biggest titles, including My Million Pound Menu (BBC TWO – sold to Netflix), Alone at Home (Channel 4), upcoming daytime series Call That Hard Work (BBC ONE) and their first MTV pilot.
Natalie has previously worked in production and development at Tiger Aspect, BBC Three, Firecracker Films, Studio Lambert and Twenty Twenty – where she first worked with Twofour’s CEO Tim Carter.

Natalie joins the company in late January.
