Save Money: Lose Weight is back to put five of the hottest new diets through their paces to discover which deliver the best value for money spent for lbs lost.
Presented by Sian Williams and Dr Ranj Singh, which one will top the value for money leaderboard? From extreme detoxing on Radical Metabolism to Vegan to the latest Keto diet, our valiant dieters will roadtest them for 28 days and there are some jaw dropping results!
Dr Ranj will be our crash test dummy as he investigates whether there’s such a thing as weightloss without the diet and at what price as he attempts to freeze his fat cells. Sian will taste test some low calorie wines and beers to see if we can still have a tipple without blowing our diets.
