Property and Facilities Manager
Plymouth
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property and Facilities Manager to be responsible for the maintenance, facilities, compliance and security of our Plymouth property to ensure a safe working environment for our Plymouth-based team. You will be required to source materials, manage site projects, carry out and/or organise compliance checks and liaise with contractors. You will have overall responsibility for the Health and Safety aspects of our working environment, air conditioning, electrics, water and power.
We are looking for someone who has experience in dealing with contractors, has a good knowledge of Health and Safety rules and regulations, is familiar with compliance checks associated with property management, and has a good understanding of buildings and electrics. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills with the willingness and ability to build excellent working relationships with staff and external contractors/suppliers.
