HSBC
Twofour’s Rocket Science delivered a successful Trade Summit for HSBC. Attendees awarded the Rocket Science team with a 95% rating for providing seamless event management and delivery at the prestigious event which took place on 9-11 October in Hamburg.
The challenge here was three-fold: to create a professional conference production to include dialogue with experts in trade, optimise networking opportunities within an environment with a strong HSBC brand presence and produce memorable, cultural dinner events for 100 high-value customers and 60 HSBC senior managers.
Throughout the event process, the Rocket Science team worked closely with HSBC’s in-house marketing team and their appointed editorial agency, PR agency and brand management agency to create and deliver a fully integrated campaign.
Feeding back into the multi-channel campaign, the video team produced short editorial videos at the event which were turned-around onsite for upload onto the HSBC Trade Connections website and instant sharing via iPads on display.
Pat Drake from Napier Brown who attended the event said: “I have to say, I’ve been to a few bank conferences and I was surprised how slick this one was. Of course, as it was HSBC, I shouldn’t have been surprised.”
