
Twofour Digital appoints Martin Trickey as Digital Creative Director

Twofour Digital has appointed BBC Head of Cross Platform Productions Martin Trickey as its new Digital Creative Director.
Reporting to Lisa Opie, Twofour Digital’s Managing Director, Martin will draw on over 10 years’ experience in the industry to manage Twofour Digital’s creative team. He will work across the company’s brands and corporate output ensuring that Twofour continues to deliver innovative digital content and communications solutions to its clients.
Martin will also work closely with Twofour’s Group Creative Director, Andrew Mackenzie, on the second screen and cross platform component of convergent formats for broadcasters.
Martin previously ran the multiplatform production arm of BBC Vision, with overall editorial responsibility for the interactive output of in-house productions as well as sitting on the BBC Vision Production Board. With over a decade of experience, including four years as Head of Digital at Teachers TV, Martin has worked at a senior level in the space where broadcast and digital media meet.
Martin started in New Media, producing the multiplayer versions of TV classics such as Family Fortunes and Catch Phrase before moving to the BBC where he managed the slates and multi-platform budgets for high profile shows including Doctor Who, Strictly Come Dancing, The Apprentice, Top Gear, BAFTA-nominated digital project Bryony Makes a Zombie Movie and the BAFTA award winning Celebdaq.
