Delightful Industries was founded by Graham Linehan, with Richard Boden as Director of Programmes.
Graham Linehan is a multi award-winning writer/director with credits best known for Father Ted, Big Train, Black Books and The IT Crowd.
Richard Boden is a multi award-winning producer/director best known for Blackaddder Goes Forth, In Sickness & In Health, The Sketch Show, 2point4 Children and The IT Crowd.
Delightful Industries aims to further Grahamâ€™s projects and the projects of other writers it wants to work with.
Started in 2012, Delightful received a favourable response from broadcasters as a new indie.
Recent projects include a script commission for new Graham series Tiara Jones, a childrenâ€™s comedy for CBBC, and a three-part series of The Walshes for BBC Two. Channel 4 pilot The Cloud, written by Graham and Adam Buxton, has now been commissioned for a series. A pilot has been made for Motherland (BBC Two) and a third series of Count Arthur Strong (BBC One) is currently in production. Count Arthur Strong is co-written by Graham and Steve Delaney, with Graham directing and Richard producing and directing.
